1. Can you swim 100 yards?Can you swim 100 yards without stopping? Swimming at a slower pace is perfectly fine, and flip turns are not required. If you're able to swim 100 yards with side breathing and are open to participating in workouts that may challenge you further, you're eligible to become a DAM member. Please note, DAM isn't a learn-to-swim program; it's a program designed to help you swim better! | 2. Are you a USMS member?All participants in DAM workouts must have a current USMS membership. 3. Sign up!Register your contact information with DAM using our online form. Your first month's dues will be prorated, based on the day you enroll. We'll send you an email with the prorated amount, which can be paid by check. | 4. Set up your monthly paymentsPrint and fill out our payment authorization form.
